Note: Registration Type, DMC Registration No. and Year of MBBS Internship Year is mandatory for the doctors who have already registered with DMC , otherwise skip the registration type.
Kindly select the registration type carefully. Select the category whichever is applicable to you.
You have to input the numerical number as DMC Registration No.
For example - if your registration no in your certificate is DMC/R/12345 then your Registration type is Permanent Registration (FRS) and your DMC Registration No. is 12345 and if your Registration number in certificate is only number ie 25578 then your Registration Type is Permanent Registration (RRE) then DMC Registration No. is 25578.
